Certain fees, such as facilities charges and yard lights (if applicable), are billed monthly regardless of usage. The facilities charge applies to all accounts, including non-permanent residences such as lake houses or hunting cabins. For example, if the monthly facilities charge is $51.50, the daily charge debited from your account will be $1.72 (approx.) per day, plus any kWh usage, taxes, and fees.
Maintaining a credit balance is important to avoid disconnection. Reconnection is possible by establishing a credit balance of at least $0.02. Still, if the account remains disconnected for 14 days, it will be closed, requiring you to contact member services for reconnection. Additional reconnection fees will apply.
If you wish to disconnect your account, please contact member services immediately instead of allowing it to become disconnected due to non-payment.

Purchasing more power is quick and easy, even on weekends and holidays. Once a payment is made, your power will be reconnected.
Note: Upon disconnection, you will be assessed a disconnect fee which will be added to your prepaid balance.
